The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment by troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues. The technician is responsible for both preventive and emergency maintenance, prioritizing equipment reliability and safety.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as fluid checks and filter replacements.
- Follow safety protocols, including lockout procedures before servicing equipment.
- Maintain equipment logs and parts inventory for efficient repairs.
- Participate in internal improvement activities and problem-solving initiatives.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Technical reading and interpretation

- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year technical school, or at least one year of relevant experience/training.
