- Manage technicians' schedules, vacations, and daily operations.
- Oversee inventory management and parts ordering.
- Collaborate with sales on equipment quotes and project tracking.
- Conduct site visits to build strong customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate completion of preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and reports.
Key Skills:
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, particularly in packaging machinery like thermoformers, risers, and Multivacs.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills for managing and coordinating a team.
- Experience in inventory management and customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues both remotely and on-site.
Educational Requirements:
- Preferred background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Relevant technical certifications or training in packaging machinery or automation systems are advantageous.
